Sweet Chili Chicken
I’m so crazy about the Asian cuisine, it’s always a little party when I make this kind of dish.
This chicken taste deliciously sweet with a slightly spicy touch. And like most of these dishes, it is super easy to make and ready in no time.
What do you need?
- 2 chicken fillets
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) corn starch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Spring onions, sliced
For the sauce
- 5 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
How to make it?
Cut the chicken into cubes or strips.
Take 2 bowls, in the first you put the corn starch, in the second you put the eggs (you beat these)
Roll each chicken cube through the corn starch and then through the egg.
Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chicken cubes in it.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, when the chicken is done you can pour it over the chicken and let it bake for 2 minutes.
Serve with spring onions.
