Sticky Korean Chicken
Another delicious but simple and quick dish to make. It doesn’t get any simpler than this, I think.
I often cook Asian food and often use the same types of sauces. But all in a different amount or added a little extra and this always gives a completely different taste.
This dish has a spicy taste because of the hot chili sauce. But I think it is delicious even though I don’t eat spicy often.
What do you need?
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of hot chili sauce (Sriracha)
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
How to make it?
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes or strips. Fry these in a little oil.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
When the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook for 1 minute with the chicken. Keep stirring so the sauce does not burn.
Add the spring onions and stir it under the chicken and sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Bon Appetit!
