Salmon With Honey Dill Sauce

A deliciously sweet dill sauce, that goes perfectly with the salmon fillets.

My husband immediately said “why is this better than in a restaurant, you never get something like this served” I certainly think this is a nice compliment. A man’s love goes through the stomach they are saying, well need to keep that man happy, LOL

What do you need?

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 250 ml (8,8 oz) light cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of corn starch
  • ¼ chicken stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill, finely chopped

How to make it?

Fry the salmon in oil on both sides, for about 10 minutes in total.

Remove the salmon from the frying pan and wipe the pan clean with kitchen paper.

Add the cream to the pan, as well as the garlic powder, mustard, honey and crumble the chicken stock cube in it.

Stir the corn starch with a little water and add this to the cream. Stir through the cream while it thickens.

Add the fresh dill and the salmon fillets.

Bon Appetit!
