Salmon Stuffed With Spinach

Delicious stuffed salmon with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, mozzarella and spinach. A simple, easy but delicious dish.

What do you need?

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 80 gr (2,8 oz) fresh spinach
  • 90 gr cream cheese( 3,2 oz) (I used Philadelphia)
  • 60 gr (2,1 oz) mozzarella grated
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper

How to make it?

Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 390°F (180 °C or 360°F hot air). Take an oven tray and cover it with baking paper.

Chop the spinach, put it in a bowl and add the cream cheese, mozzarella, pepper and salt.

Knead with your hands until it’s combined.

Place the salmon fillets on the oven tray and cut 1 or 2 slices, depending on how wide your salmon fillets are.

Brush the fillets with olive oil and season with a little salt and fresh black pepper.

Fill the slices in the salmon fillets with the spinach mixture.

Place the plate in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
