4 Naan breads
Naan Pizza With Cajun Chicken
Using naan bread as a pizza base provides a nice variety. It’s something different from regular pizza dough.
You can buy naan bread for this, but if you have some extra time you can also make it yourself.
It is a delicious spicy pizza with a fresh touch of yogurt.
What do you need?
- 4 naan breads (or ready-made)
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
- ½ mango, cut into pieces
- 1 point bell pepper, chopped
- 150 gr (5,3 oz) mozzarella, grated
- 125 gr (4,4 oz) yoghurt
For the sauce
- 125 gr (4,4 oz) yoghurt
- 3 teaspoons of tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- ¼ teaspoon of sweet chili
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 390°F (180 °C or 360°F hot air). Take two baking trays and cover them with baking paper.
Fry the chicken breasts, sprinkle the Cajun herbs on both sides of the chicken breasts. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces when they are cooked.
Place the naan breads on the baking trays.
Mix the sauce ingredients together. Divided the sauce over the naan breads.
Divide the chicken breasts, mango and bell pepper over the naan breads. Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.
Bake the naan pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes.
Stir the remaining yogurt and serve with the naan pizzas.
