BBQ Chicken Pizza
The great thing about making pizza, It’s not difficult at all to make, you can’t do much wrong with it.
This BBQ chicken variant is my absolute favorite one, but feel free to reduce or add toppings. If you choose to make your own dough, keep in mind that you have to take a little more time to make this dish.
What do you need?
- 250 gr (9 oz) homemade pizza dough (half of the recipe) or 1 roll of pizza dough
- 6 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
- 1 chicken fillet, fried and cut into pieces
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 8 black olives, cut in half
- ½ sweet pepper, cut into strips
- 8 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 20 gr (1 oz) mozzarella grated
- 20 gr (1 oz) grated cheese
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 250 °C or 480°F (220 °C or 430°F hot air)
Roll out the dough into a circle shape. Place it on a large (cutting) board (to make it easier to slide in the oven later) or on a baking tray covered with baking paper (then your oven tray is not preheated).
Divide the BBQ sauce on the dough, leave the edge without sauce . Then cover your pizza with the toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pizza 10-15 minutes until the crust looks nicely browned and the cheese has melted.
Bon Appetit!
