10 Taco’s

Chicken Tacos and salsa sauce

A super easy and quick dinner. You can fill the tacos before serving or just put everything on the table and let everyone fill their own shell. For children this is of course a super fun dish, the shells are just like chips, but the kind that’s allowed to eat as dinner.  

What do you need?

  • 10 taco shells
  • 2 chicken fillets, cut into small strips
  • ½ jar of salsa sauce
  • ½ bag of taco seasoning
  • Lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into half circles
  • 1 cucumber, cut into cubes
  • 1 avocado, in pieces
  • Small can of corn
  • 100 gr (3,5 oz) grated cheese

How to make it?

Preheat the oven to 125 °C or 260°F (100 °C or 210°F hot air), heat the taco shells for 15 min.

Fry your chicken in oil, add the taco seasoning and 4 tablespoons of salsa sauce.

Fill your taco shells with lettuce, put the chicken on top and then the other vegetables. Add a teaspoon of salsa and finish with grated cheese.
