A delicious and super easy appetizer, you can serve it with drinks as well as with breakfast or brunch.
A delicious combination of croissant dough filled with brie and a sweet taste because of the jam to finish it off.
What do you need?
- 1 tube of croissant dough (240 gr or 8,5 oz)
- 150 gr (5,3 oz) Brie
- 12 teaspoons of cranberry jam or blueberry jam
- 1 egg, beaten
How to make it?
Heat the oven to 200 ° C (180 ° C hot air). Take a baking tray and put baking paper on it.
Remove the croissant dough from the tube and roll it out on baking paper. Compress the pre-cut cuts so that it becomes a large piece of dough. Flatten the dough a little with a rolling pin.
Now cut 12 squares from the dough. Place a piece of brie and a teaspoon of jam on top of the brie on each square.
Fold the ends to the center and press the dough a little together. Also press the sides a little so they are not open.
Place the packages on the baking tray and brush the top with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Bon Appetit!
