What do you need?
- 300 gr (10,5 oz) Minced meat (I used mixed)
- 500 gr (17 oz) Marinara sauce
- 250 gr (8,8 oz) Ricotta cheese
- 200 gr (7 oz) Mozzarella grated
- 30 gr (1 oz) Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 Teaspoon of Italian herbs
- A few leaves of fresh basil
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 220 °C or 430°F (hot air 200 °C or 390°F)
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Use a fork to push the ground beef into small pieces.
When the minced meat no longer looks pink, you can add the marinara sauce. Stir everything together and add the garlic and the Italian spices. Let everything fry for 3 minutes.
Put the minced meat sauce mixture in an ovenproof pan and spread it nicely over the bottom.
On top of the mixture, divide the ricotta cheese into dots, you can simply divide this with a spoon.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and finally divide the Parmesan cheese over the whole dish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Until a nice brown crust is formed from the cheese.
Finish with fresh basil and serve with bread.
Bon Appetit!
