Pasta With Shrimp And Goat Cheese
This Is a very easy dish and is on your dinner table in no time. The goat cheese makes the sauce deliciously creamy, which goes perfectly with the Shrimp and spinach. I often prepare this dish at home at the request of my daughter, because she loves Shrimp.
What do you need?
- 300 gr (10 oz) spaghetti pasta
- 450 gr (15 oz) Shrimp
- 200 gr (7 oz) fresh spinach
- 150 gr (5 oz) goat cheese
- 400 ml (13 oz) of milk
- 400 ml (13 oz) chicken stock (take 400 ml (13 oz)water and half a chicken stock cube)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
How to make it?
Fry the shrimp in a bit of oil in a large cooking pot, add the minced garlic. When they are done, remove them from the cooking pot and set aside.
Now pour the chicken stock and milk into the same cooking pot, bring to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in this mixture. (this mixture is also used for the sauce).
When the spaghetti is cooked, add the goat cheese and stir into the spaghetti.
Now add the spinach to the spaghetti and stir. Finally, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
