Fast Sesame Noodles

These fast noodles have a neutral taste and are great as a side dish, you can serve this with one of your favorite Asian dishes.

What do you need?

  • 250 gr (9 oz) noodles (I used wok noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 spring onion (chopped)

How to make it?

Cook the noodles as described on the package.

In a bowl you add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey and ginger powder together. Stir together.

Take a wok pan and heat two tablespoons of oil in it. Add the noodles and the sauce. Fry the noodles for 5 minutes, keep stirring them.

Add the spring onions and sesame seeds and fry for 1 minute.
