Pasta with hot dogs and olives
A quick and surprisingly delicious dish that will certainly also appeal to your children. Our daughter likes olives, but you can also leave them out for your children. I personally think these are delicious in it, they give this dish a very varied taste and go very well with it.
What do you need?
- 300 gr (10,58 oz) pasta
- 350 gr (12,35 oz) passata
- 200 gr (7 oz) light cream
- 250 ml (8,8 oz) of water
- 350 gr (12,35 oz) hot dog sausages, cut into pieces
- 200 gr (7 oz) olives, cut into rings
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) mozzarella grated
- Pepper and salt to taste
How to make it?
In a cooking pot, fry the chopped onion briefly until it looks transparent. Then add the garlic and fry briefly.
Add the passata, cream, water and pasta. Stir everything well together and lower your heat a little. Put the lid on your cooking pot and let the pasta cook until it is cooked through.
Add the sliced hot dog pieces, olives and oregano. Stir into the pasta and let it heat for 2 minutes.
Now add the mozzarella and stir it into the pasta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bon Appetit!
