Teriyaki Noodles With Chicken
A delicious combination of teriyaki sauce and sesame with a sweet hint of honey. Another easy to make Asian dish, but this was again a real winner.
What do you need?
- 300 gr noodles (10 oz) (I used soba noodles)
- 2 chicken fillets
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) soy sprouts
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) grated carrots
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 eggs, soft boiled
- Optional: sesame seed, white and black
Sauce
- 100 ml (3,5 oz) teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
How to make it?
Cook the noodles as described on the package.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and fry them in a little oil in a wok pan. Remove them afterward and set aside for later.
Now wok the bell pepper strips and carrots in a little oil. After 5 minutes, add the soy sprouts and stir for another minute. Remove the vegetables from the wok pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat oil over high heat and fry the noodles in it. Pour the sauce over and stir it into the noodles.
When the noodles are nicely baked, add the vegetables and chicken and stir these into the noodles.
Divide between deep plates, place half an egg or one whole on each plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Bon Appetit!
