Warm Goat Cheese Dip With Fig Jam

A delicious wintery warm dip sauce. A combination of soft goat cheese with deliciously sweet fig jam as a topping.

What do you need?

  • 150 gr (5,3 oz) goat cheese
  • 80 gr (2,8 oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 50 gr (1,7 oz) Serrano ham
  • 300 gr (10,6 oz) fig jam
  • Handful of unsalted pistachio nuts

How to make it?

Beat the cream cheese and goat cheese in a bowl.

Cut the Serrano ham into pieces and spoon it under the goat cheese mixture.

Put the goat cheese mixture in a bowl and spread the fig jam over it.

Warm up in the microwave for 1 minute.

Chop the pistachio nuts and divide them over the fig jam.

Serve with crackers or baguette pieces .
