Apple Sauce With Cinnamon
There’s nothing as easy as making apple mousse yourself, you can’t really do anything wrong with this, the only thing you have to pay attention to is that you don’t let it burn, but this won’t happen if you don’t set your stove too high.
You just have to literally cook your apples until they form a mousse and then mix a little more and you’re done.
What do you need?
- 6 apples
- 50 ml (1,7 oz) + 25 ml (0,8 oz) water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
How to make it?
Peel the 6 apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into smaller cubes.
Put the apple cubes in a medium cooking pot and add the sugar, cinnamon and 50 ml ( 1,7 oz) of water.
Let the apples cook on a medium high heat. Stir frequently.
You know the apple mousse is ready if you can easily push the apples flat.
Mix the apples finely with a hand blender, add the remaining 25 ml (0,8 oz) of water to make the apple mousse slightly less solid.
Bon Appetit!
