Caramelized Pork Fillet

Another easy, but delicious Asian dish. This time I did not choose chicken but pork. This sauce is deliciously sweet and syrupy because you let it caramelize. Simply delicious.

What do you need?

  • 400 gr (14 oz) pork fillet, cut into strips
  • 100ml (3,5 oz) of honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of corn starch

How to make it?

In a large frying pan fry the strips of pork fillet until golden brown and done.

In a bowl, combine the other ingredients. Pour this over the pork and let it thicken and caramelize, 2-3 minutes.

Serve with jasmine rice and green onion.
