Roasted Paprika Soup
Delicious tots that are great to serve as a appetizer or with a meal.
My husband was a bit scared of the combination with almond flour, but this was just delicious and it doesn’t come through too hard either. I laughed and said to him, what did you think you were going to eat cauliflower with marzipan, HIHIHI…. LOL.
What do you need?
- 1 cauliflower (cooked and cooled)
- 1 egg
- 40 gr (1,4 oz) almond flour
- 60 gr (2,12 oz) flour + extra to roll
- 50 gr (1,7 oz) grated cheese
- 30 gr (1,06 oz) Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
- Baking spray
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 390°F (180 °C or 360°F hot air). Take an oven tray and cover it with baking paper. Spray baking spray on the baking paper.
Crush the cooked cauliflower. Then put this crushed cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out the moisture.
Then put the cauliflower back in the bowl and add the other ingredients.
Mix the ingredients together and then leave for 10 minutes.
Now take a tablespoon and scoop out a scoop and form a tot with your hands, roll the tot in flour and place it on the baking tray.
Before baking, spray baking spray over each tot.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the tots and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with your favorite sauce.
