Chicken Parmesan
Delicious tender chicken with a nice cheese crust, a super simple dish but so delicious.
By baking the chicken in the oven instead of a frying pan will help keep your chicken tender.
What do you need?
- 2 chicken fillets
- 200 gr (7 oz) Grana Padano cheese or Parmesan
- 2 eggs
How to make it?
Preheat your oven to 220 °C or 430 °C (200 °C or 390 °C hot air). Take an oven tray and cover with baking paper. Coat the baking paper with olive oil.
Cut the chicken fillet into two thin pieces, so that each chicken fillet actually becomes two thin chicken fillets.
Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water. Put the beaten egg in a deep plate.
Take a second deep plate and put the cheese in it.
Pass the chicken through the egg first and then through the cheese. Place the chicken fillets on the baking tray.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip the fillets over and bake for another 10 minutes.
