Mango-Strawberry Smoothie

A nice creamy smoothie, and really refreshing thanks to the frozen fruit you use in this smoothie. A real treat when it’s a hot summer day. You can serve this smoothie in two layers or mix everything together.

What do you need?

  • 300 gr (10 oz) frozen mango
  • 300 gr (10 oz)  frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml (7 oz) of orange juice
  • 500 ml (17 oz) low-fat yogurt

How to make it?

Put the frozen mango pieces in a blender, together with the banana and half of the yogurt and half of the orange juice. Mix well until all pieces are mixed.

Divide this over 4 glasses.

Rinse your mixer and then fill it with the frozen strawberries, the other half of the yogurt and other half of the orange juice. Mix this again until all pieces are mixed

Gently divide between the 4 glasses on top of the mango mixture.

Serve with a mint leaf and a straw.
