Puff Pastry Appetizer With Fig Jam, Brie And Pancetta
A super delicious appetizer and a wonderful combination between sweet and salty. It is also very easy to make and quickly done.
What do you need?
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 200 gr (7 oz) fig jam
- 200 gr (7 oz) brie
- 50 gr (1,7 oz) pancetta
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 200 °C or 390°F (180 °C or 360°F hot air). Take a muffin pan and spray it with baking spray.
Take the puff pastry and cut 12 squares out the dough.
Place a piece of puff pastry in each muffin cup, push it against the bottom.
Put ½ tablespoon of fig jam in each cup, then put a piece of brie on top.
Let the puff pastry appetizers bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the pancetta into pieces and fry them until they are crispy and nicely browned.
Remove the puff pastry snacks from the muffin cups and spread a little pancetta over each snack before serving.
