Shrimp With Garlic Cream Sauce

A simple but delicious dish. Tasty garlic sauce with a hint of cheese. I served this with tagliatelle but can also be served with potatoes or other pasta.

What do you need?

  • 400 gr (14 oz) shrimp, peeled
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200 ml (7oz) light cream
  • 50 gr (1,7 oz) Parmesan
  • 200 gr (7 oz) frozen spinach, defrosted
  • Pepper and salt to taste

How to make it?

Briefly fry the shrimp in a little oil. Add the minced garlic and let it fry for a while.

Add the cream and bring to a boil. Then you add the parmesan. This way the garlic cream sauce will thicken a little.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the frozen spinach or serve separately.
