Pasta With Shrimp And Dried Tomatoes
A very simple and quick dish to make. I love scampi myself and luckily for me everyone at my house loves them, so I can make them often.
What do you need?
- 300 gr (10,58 oz) pasta
- 450 gr (15,87 oz) shrimp, peeled
- 400 ml (14,11 oz) light cream
- 200 gr (7,05 oz) mozzarella
- 50 gr (1,76 oz) parmesan
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 100 ml (3,5 oz) chicken stock
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) dried tomatoes
- Pepper and salt to taste
How to make it?
Cook the pasta as described on the package.
Fry the shrimp together with the garlic in a little oil. Set aside when they are done.
Heat the cream and stock in a cooking pot. When the cream is heated, add the mozzarella and parmesan.
Then add the pasta, dried tomatoes and shrimp. Stir together and season with salt and pepper.
