Pasta With Shrimp And Dried Tomatoes

A very simple and quick dish to make. I love scampi myself and luckily for me everyone at my house loves them, so I can make them often.

What do you need?

  • 300 gr (10,58 oz) pasta
  • 450 gr (15,87 oz) shrimp, peeled
  • 400 ml (14,11 oz) light cream
  • 200 gr (7,05 oz) mozzarella
  • 50 gr (1,76 oz) parmesan
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 ml (3,5 oz) chicken stock
  • 100 gr (3,5 oz) dried tomatoes
  • Pepper and salt to taste

How to make it?

Cook the pasta as described on the package.

Fry the shrimp together with the garlic in a little oil. Set aside when they are done.

Heat the cream and stock in a cooking pot. When the cream is heated, add the mozzarella and parmesan.

Then add the pasta, dried tomatoes and shrimp. Stir together and season with salt and pepper.
