Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is nice and fresh because of the you used frozen strawberries. It’s also tastes a bit like a milkshake, but of course this contains much more fruit. Nothing is as simple as making a smoothie, it’s also a fun way to let your children eat some extra fruit.

What do you need?

  • 140 gr (5 oz) frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 150 gr (5 oz) Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml (3,5 oz) of milk

How to make it?

Add the frozen strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk to a blender.

Mix for 2 minutes, check if all frozen strawberries are finely mixed.

Pour the smoothies into two glasses and serve with a straw.
