Creamy Pasta with Mushrooms
A nice creamy pasta with a delicious cheese flavor, the mushrooms provide a nice variety in the dish. This dish is super simple and is on the table in no time.
What do you need?
- 350 gr (12 oz) spaghetti
- 250 gr (8,8 oz) mushrooms, sliced
- 500 ml (17 oz) chicken stock
- 500 ml (17 oz) of milk
- 250 ml (8,8 oz) cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) parmesan
- 50 gr (1,8 oz) of grated mozzarella
- Pepper and salt to taste
How to make it?
In a cooking pot, bring the chicken stock and milk to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook in the stock- milk, which also serves as the basis for the sauce. You do not drain the pasta after cooking. Stir frequently so the pasta does not stick together.
Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms until they are nicely brown, also fry the garlic with the mushrooms.
When the pasta is cooked, add the cream and cheese. The mushrooms can now be stirred under the pasta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bon Appetit!
