Hoisin Noodles With Beef
Super quick and easy to prepare noodle dish. I really enjoy cooking and I love the Asian cuisine, but this doesn’t mean that I sometimes like to just make an easy dish that’s quickly on the dinner table.
The noodles taste delicious but do not have an overly strong taste, so it’s an ideal family dish that your children can eat to.
What do you need?
- 250 gr (8,8 oz) ramen noodles
- 300 gr (10,5 oz) beef
- 100 gr (3,5 oz) grated carrots
- ½ Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
For the sauce
- 30 ml (1oz) Hoisin sauce
- 30 ml (1oz) oyster sauce
- 15 ml( 0,5 oz) soy sauce
- 30 ml (1 oz) sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
How to make it?
Cook the ramen as described on the package.
Cut the beef into small strips and fry them briefly on both sides in a wok pan, in a little oil.
Remove the meat from the pan. Add a little oil again and briefly fry the onion and garlic. Then add the grated carrots and Chinese cabbage. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
In the meantime, combine all the sauce ingredients.
Add the cooked ramen to the vegetables and cover with sauce. Let everything bake for 5 minutes on a slightly higher heat.
Then add the meat, spring onions and sesame seeds. Stir into the noodles and serve.
Bon Appetit!
Kids tip: If your children don’t like to eat beef, just replace it with pieces of chicken, this also goes perfectly with these noodles.
