Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
This delicious mocktail can be appreciated by adults as well as the little ones. The strawberries provide a wonderful summer feeling and the mint gives it a delightfully fresh touch.
I chose kidibul (it’s a kids champagne brand they sell in Belgium) because my little helper loves it. But you can use any sparkling apple juice you like.
What do you need?
- 16 large strawberries (4 small ones for garnish)
- 2 limes
- 12 mint baths (4 extra for garnish)
- Sparkling apple juice (I used kidibul)
- Ice (crushed if you have)
How to make it?
Take 4 glasses and put 4 strawberries in each glass, on top of them you put 2 slices of lime and 3 mint leaves.
Use a cocktail pestle or spoon to crush / squeeze this, so the juice comes out.
Add 4 tablespoons of crushed ice and fill up with sparkling apple juice. Garnish with a mint leaf and put a strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve with a straw
Bon Appetit!
TIP: You can leave out the mint and lime for the children. So just crush the strawberries with and fill up with sparkling apple juice and ice. Tested and approved by our daughter ?.
