Chicken And Avocado Salad
A deliciously fresh and easy to make lunch or during warm summer months, this can also been serve as a wonderfully fresh meal. A nice piece of baguette with this and you have a meal.
What do you need?
- 2 chicken fillets, fried
- 150 gr (5,3 oz) Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
- 3 avocados
How to make it?
Pull the chicken into pieces, you can do this with your hands or with two forks.
Add the Greek yogurt, mustard, red onion, salt and pepper to the chicken. Put together.
Hollow out the avocados, cut into pieces and mix with the chicken.
Fill the empty avocados back with the chicken avocado mixture.
