Ham Mousse Appetizer

A super easy and deliciously fresh appetizer. Wonderfully light to start the meal. The cucumber provides a fresh variety with the ham mousse.

What do you need?

  • 200 gr (7 oz) ham
  • 300 gr (10,5 oz) cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • Handful of young vegetable shoots (Optional)

How to make it?

Put the ham, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, pepper and salt in your blender. Mix until you get a fine mousse.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes and put them in a glass at the bottom.

Spoon ham mousse on top of the cucumber or use a piping bag to do this.

Finish with a piece of cucumber, a few pieces of ham and some young shoots.

Put the glass in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the mousse can stiffen.
