- 1 l (35 oz) spaghetti sauce (your favorite one)
- 2 carrots, cut into small pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 600 gr (21 oz) minced meat
- 500 gr (17 oz) ricotta
- 300 gr (10 oz) of grated mozzarella
- 200 gr (7 oz) Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 2 teaspoons of dried basil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
How to make it?
Preheat the oven to 180 °C or 360 °F (160 °C 320 °F hot air). Take an oven dish and spray the inside with baking spray.
Fry the minced meat in a large frying pan, when the minced meat is done add the garlic and fry it briefly. Add the carrots, bell pepper and sauce and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta with 200 gr (7 oz) mozzarella and 100 gr (3,5 oz) Parmesan and add pepper, salt and basil. Stir again.
Take the oven dish and cover the bottom with a layer of sauce. Put 3 lasagna noodles on top, on top of that you scoop the cheese mixture and the sauce again. Continue like this, noodles, cheese and sauce. The last layer you finish with sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top of the sauce.

Take a piece of aluminum foil and spray baking spray on the shiny side, this will ensure that the cheese does not stick to the aluminum foil.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil with the shiny side down.
Let the lasagna bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
